This usage agreement is concluded between WEBDEHASI REKLAM VE İNTERNET HİZMETLERİ (hereinafter referred to as WEBDEHASI), which provides the services specified on the webdehasi.com website, and the legal entities or individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Customer or Account Holder) who will receive services from WEBDEHASI. The use of services offered through webdehasi.com and the purchase of services shall be deemed signed under the terms and conditions stated below. This agreement is considered signed upon the Customer's receipt of service, and the parties declare, accept, and undertake the accuracy of the information written in this agreement. All customers can read all agreements on our website, which is open 24/7.
Your account will be activated after your payment is made, provided that necessary checks are completed and no fraud is detected. It is your responsibility to provide us with a working email address. In case of a violation of the usage agreement or when we need to reach you, we will communicate via the email provided during account opening. It is your responsibility to use an email account that is always up-to-date and accessible. To update non-editable information, you must contact our customer representative. For credit card payments not made via 3D Secure, customer representatives may request ID information to verify identity as required by the state; in this case, a scanned copy of the ID must be sent to us. If these conditions are not met, your order may be considered fraudulent and cancelled.
All accounts provided by WEBDEHASI may only be used within legal permissions. All customers benefiting from our services are deemed to have accepted that all content they publish is legal and harmless. Furthermore, customers are solely responsible for all content they publish, and WEBDEHASI cannot be held responsible for the content published by customers. It is strictly forbidden to infringe on any copyright or trademark while using our service. This is not limited to unauthorized copying of videos, music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. Unauthorized publication of a trademark owner's products will result in the immediate termination of your account. In the event of any copyright infringement, the user account will be promptly removed or access will be restricted. Repeated violations will result in the suspension of copyright laws or termination of the hosting account.
Purchased services may not be used as backup space (except for the panel backup of the same account). Likewise, the account is not permitted to be used as a file repository (such as videos and files published from the account). Examples of prohibited actions on all our hosting servers are listed below:

Hacker-focused sites/archives/programs
Sites promoting illegal activities
Warez / pirated / illegal content distribution or sharing on forums or websites
Bank Bonds/Bank Note Trading Programs
Fraudulent Sites
Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sports Events
If any account holder connects to a third-party network or system without the third party's permission, the account will be suspended. To access a network or system, there must be a written document from the third party for the transaction directly under your control. WEBDEHASI also requests documents from the authorized party for requests to connect to third-party networks or systems on its servers at its own discretion. WEBDEHASI reserves the right to refuse service to any account holder. If material you publish is obscene, threatening, illegal, or otherwise violates the usage agreement, your account may be removed or disabled from our servers with or without notice. When an email is received from our technical unit, you are obliged to respond via a support ticket within 24 hours. If no response is received within 24 hours, the service must be suspended or terminated.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for mass spam and similar unsolicited email transmissions. Emails sent from member databases, purchased mail lists, and sending emails to these lists are considered spam. Customer accounts sending spam will be cancelled immediately without warning. You cannot host a site on our servers that is advertised via spam mail sent from a non-WEBDEHASI server. If any account's IP address enters spam blacklists due to the account holder, the account will be immediately suspended or closed. WEBDEHASI reserves the right to modify or close any site, account, database, or other components that do not comply with the usage agreement and to make changes in emergencies according to its own assessment. It is strictly forbidden to publish content that could potentially harm minors, such as child pornography or similar perceived content. If child pornography is hosted or reported on any site, the account will be immediately cancelled and deleted without notice.
Our servers automatically detect software installed or uploaded by the account holder to access the information of third parties and automatically suspend the account. If such situations are not detected automatically, system administrators will ensure the immediate suspension of the account by extracting the transactions made by the account holder from the logs. Accounts are cancelled if it is determined that this problem was intentionally caused by the account holder. In the face of attacks such as DDoS, mail bomber, flood, IP spoofing, etc., directed at an account, the account is immediately suspended temporarily because other users on the server are affected. Accounts that frequently experience this problem are cancelled. In case of sudden resource consumption that may affect the entire server, the account is immediately suspended to prevent this from affecting other accounts. If a site is infected with a virus or malicious code for any reason, the account is immediately closed for use and the user is informed. If the user cleans the site of viruses and malicious code, it will be reopened.
All payments are made in advance. That is, payment is not made after using the service; payment is received before using the service. The date the order is completed and the account is activated will be defined as the due date for recurring invoices. If the invoice payment is overdue by 5 days, invoices will be automatically cancelled and the account will be closed. However, if the customer requests the continuation of the service 10 days after the cancellation of the account, the invoice is manually recreated and the account is kept suspended until payment is made.
Backing up of accounts is performed every Sunday. Repeated backups overwrite previous backups; we can only keep backups for one week. Backing up is performed automatically by the automation system and is provided to you as a courtesy service. WEBDEHASI is not responsible for your data related to your account for any reason. Customers are responsible for storing and maintaining their own backups.
If there are problems originating from WEBDEHASI and this problem cannot be corrected within 48 hours, our customers have a 365-day money-back guarantee. For this process, it will be sufficient to inform bilgi[at]webdehasi.com. WEBDEHASI cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from erroneous transactions for any reason. WEBDEHASI may also cancel customer accounts hosted on its servers for reasons such as non-compliance with the usage agreement, excessive resource consumption, and similar reasons. In such cases:
Annual Purchases: Refund within 14 days from the contract date.
Monthly Purchases & Servers: Refund within 72 hours from the contract date.
Other Refundable Products: Refund within 48 hours from the contract date.
Products without cancellation or refund include registered (activated) domains and software products. Our web design products are licensed to the domain; there is no license tracking system, and license deletion cannot be performed. Therefore, product usage occurs as soon as you receive the web design package you ordered. Thus, there is no right of refund, cancellation, or withdrawal after the web design package is installed on the domain. However, if the installation has not been done, the right of withdrawal exists. Refunds resulting from the cancellation of the service by WEBDEHASI can be sent back through the payment channel used by the customer. The customer cannot request a refund to a different payment channel.
Resource usage on WEBDEHASI servers is subject to specific rules:
No process opened on behalf of a user may consume more than 25% of system resources or run for longer than 90 seconds.
No private service (e.g., IRCd, game executables like okey) is allowed to run on behalf of users.
No web spiders, indexing software, or bots that collect content from outside are allowed.
No P2P or file-sharing activity is allowed.
Cron jobs cannot be run at intervals of less than 15 minutes.
No MySQL query can run for longer than 15 seconds. Static files (images, etc.) cannot be hosted in MySQL databases.
In "Unlimited" traffic quotas, usage is limited based on the "fair use" principle.
Support operations are carried out through the support desk software on our site. Our company cannot be held responsible for support messages sent to us through other channels (Email, public sites, instant messaging systems, etc.). Only the person who purchased the account can make a support request. Requests cannot be made via third parties. The scope of technical support is limited to the infrastructure service provided (hardware, OS, control panel, main services like Web/Mail/FTP, and network access). Technical support for software or scripts installed on the purchased service is outside our scope.
The guaranteed Uptime for the continuity of our services is set at 99.5%. This guarantee excludes force majeure, main internet providers, server hardware failures, customer errors, and planned maintenance. If this rate falls below the commitment, you may request a refund for that month.
No price change will be made during the period for which customers have already paid until the term expires. WEBDEHASI reserves the right to change listed prices and increase or decrease the amount of resources provided in services.
Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising during the implementation of this agreement.
WEBDEHASI reserves the right to make changes to the agreement articles. Changes are entered as announcements in the customer panel for active account holders. Changes are not notified via email or other communication channels.
